About Mrs. Dowell

This will be my 17th year in education.  I have had the pleasure of teaching 2nd grade, 1st grade, kindergarten, and library science.  This will be my seventh year as a 3rd grade teacher. 

I am a graduate of MTSU.  My Bachelor Degree is in Early Childhood Education (Pre-K-4th Grade).  Also, I have a Master's Degree in Administration & Supervision with a concentration in Library Science (PreK-12 Grade).

 

I have been married to my husband and best friend for 20 years.  We have four children together.  Bryan (12th grade @ Central Magnet), Cliff (9th grade @ Siegel High), Mary Beth (7th grade @ Siegel Middle), and James (6th grade @ Siegel Middle).  

 

We love watching baseball (little league & the Nashville Sounds), Titans Football, UT Football, and Kentucky Basketball.
