Student Belonging Pick UP and Fine Collection

Our Teachers have packed their classrooms, cleaned out student desks, lockers and cubbies, preparing student belongings for pick up. Personal belongings pick-up will be as follows;

May 19th
Kindergarten 9:00-10:00
1st Grade 10:00-11:00
2nd Grade 11:00-12:00

May 20th
3rd Grade 12:00-1:00
4th Grade 1:00-2:00
5th Grade 2:00-3:00

Parents will drive through the car line in the back of the building at the designated time displaying your car tag or one you make with student name and grade visible in the window. Your child’s teacher will bring belongings to your car and hand it through the window. We will be practicing the safety guidelines recommended by the CDC. If you have children in multiple grades, display all tags and we’ll serve you at any of your grade level times.

If there are lunch charges or fees for lost library books, those will be handled in the front of the building where our buses drop off. You may come during these hours on May 19th and 20th for this purpose. Remain in line, inside the car displaying your car tag with student name and grade in window. We will come to you. We cannot accept checks on these dates, correct change only. Contact your teacher for fees owed. You may settle lunch accounts through Meal Pay before our pick up dates.
