Welcome to Our School! Traffic Flow Information
As we begin welcoming new students and families due to rezoning, we want to take a moment to kindly share (and re-share) our traffic flow procedures. Following these guidelines helps keep everyone safe and ensures a smooth arrival and dismissal for all. Click here to see a map of the for drop off and pick up procedures.
Morning Drop-Off (6:45–7:27)
To keep traffic moving safely and efficiently:
Front of the building (parking area):
This area is reserved for staff/teachers, Pre-K families, and visitors with front office business (such as enrolling new students, delivering medication, or dropping off birthday treats).
Please note: The middle lane is not to be used for drop-off.
Car Rider Drop-Off Line:
Enter the drop-off line by following the orange line on the map.
Continue around to the back of the building, where students will be dropped off near the gym.
Families with both Pre-K (AM) and K–5 students:
You may walk older children to the Pre-K classroom with your younger child.
Older students may then walk through to their designated morning areas.
If you prefer to use the car line for older students, please exit the parking lot to Baker Rd. and join the main drop-off line.
Afternoon Pick-Up (2:00–2:45)
Afternoon dismissal is a bit different since all students are leaving within a short time frame. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
Arrival Time:
Parents may begin arriving at 2:00 PM.
Please do not wait or park on Baker Rd. prior to 2:00, as this can cause traffic backups.
Pick-Up Locations:
K–5 students will be picked up from the gym (car rider line).
Pre-K parents will park to pick up their child.
If you also have a K–5 student, you will need to exit and rejoin the main car line.
Car Line Process:
At 2:00, begin forming the line following the orange line on the map.
Around 2:20, staff will guide cars to form a double line (5 cars in each lane).
Once in position, please place your car in park while students are loaded.
When loading is complete:
The lane farthest from the sidewalk exits first
The second lane will merge behind to form a single line (following the green line on the map)
Exiting the Campus:
To turn right on Baker Rd.: turn in front of the building and use the middle lane.
To turn left on Baker Rd.: continue straight ahead to the exit.

Additional Reminders
The playground will be closed during dismissal for safety.
Afternoon extracurricular pick-up will follow the same traffic pattern as morning drop-off.
